Notice of Completion
Notice of Completion of 2026 Tentative Assessment Roll
Notice is hereby given that the assessors of the Town of Thurston, Steuben County will complete the Tentative Assessment Roll changes for the current year on or about May 1st. A copy will be left with the Town Clerk at the Thurston Town Hall, 7578 County Route 333, Campbell, NY 14821, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Tuesday in May. The tentative roll will also be available on the Steuben County website at:

The assessors will be in attendance at the Thurston Town Hall with the Tentative Assessment Roll on May 9 and May 16 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and May 14 and May 21 between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet at the Thurston Town Hall on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
