We invite you to join us on August 1, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. for our annual Thurston Community Day. A dish to pass meal will be served, there will be hamburgers and hot dogs, an ice cream truck will be there, and a bouncy house will be set up for the children (unless it’s too windy). And, for those of us who like to eat healthy, the Veggie Van will be there! There will be face painting for the children and an apple pie baking contest for everyone. This is always a fun filled day and a great way to meet your local elected officials, neighbors, friends, and celebrate America. We are looking forward to seeing you there! More information will be available as plans are completed.
